Where can I buy tickets for Real Sociedad matches?
Tickets can be purchased through the club’s official website and other channels authorised by the club.
On matchday, the Anoeta ticket office opens two hours before kick-off. However, availability is not guaranteed, as tickets may have already sold out online. We encourage you to buy in advance.
Do not purchase tickets through resale platforms or unofficial channels. They may be fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid for entry to Anoeta.
What should I do if I have not received my ticket or have accidentally deleted it?

Please contact us as early as possible before the match. The sooner you reach out, the better we can assist you and the easier it will be to avoid queues and last-minute rush at the ticket office on matchday.
Can I change or get a refund on my ticket?
No. Once a purchase has been completed, changes and refunds are not permitted, except where required by law or otherwise stated by the club.
Before completing payment, please double-check the match, date, stand, seat, and personal details you have entered.
When is the match kick-off time confirmed?
Match dates and kick-off times are confirmed by LaLiga or the relevant competition organizer.
LaLiga fixtures are usually announced three to four weeks in advance, although this period may be shorter at certain stages of the season.
Until official confirmation is provided, all dates and kick-off times displayed should be regarded as provisional.
What time do Anoeta gates open?
Stadium gates open one hour before kick-off. We recommend arriving early to ensure sufficient time for security checks and to locate their seats before the match begins.
Where can I get help if I have a problem with my ticket on matchday?

Do children need a ticket?
Yes. Everyone entering Anoeta, including babies and children of all ages, must have a valid ticket.
Are there tickets available for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Anoeta Stadium provides designated spaces for supporters with reduced mobility, subject to availability.
These can be requested in advance by contacting tickets@realsociedad.eus or by visiting the Anoeta ticket office on matchday.
The club may request supporting documentation, as well as the personal details of the user of the space.
Can visiting supporters buy tickets in any area of the stadium?
No. Visiting supporters must purchase their tickets through their own club and are required to sit in the designated away section.
